The 911 call John saying we aren't speaking to you makes me think Burke is guilty and he killed her. Hence the only reason they would want their son out of the house while investigators were there fearing he would've been more of a liability being present in the home. John knowing he entire time that their was no dangerous killer or kidnapper on the loose. Only their son Burke. And I highly dount Burke would tell the secret if he was in fear of his own life being taken by his father #BabyGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07685950680916624205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-60803272810899046652017-03-16T23:09:58.690-04:002017-03-16T23:09:58.690-04:00John could've just been doing the staging to c...John could've just been doing the staging to cover up for Burke killing his sister. Maybe the suitcase was meant to make it look like an intruder or maybe he was planning on using it to remove the body. I believe John was only trying to protect the rest of what was left of his very dysfunctional family. The only theory that makes any sense is one or both parents discovering their daughter murdered and then fearing losing their son as well went to any length to cover this horrible tragedy. I have read watched and listened to anything and everything I could about this awful death of JBR and to me the only way any parent could cover this up and do the things to her if they did was to cover for their son Burke. Or it is possible Burke did everything to her including the garoette. He may have made it on another occasion and was finally testing it out on his sister whom he was not fond of. For all we know John could've taught him how to make it in the first place from his experience in the armed forces. How can you arrest and accuse someone if nobody can even figure who the guilty party is? My gut feeling is Burke and I hope one day this case will be solved! #BabyGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07685950680916624205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-62908672364943684232016-12-15T16:43:28.066-05:002016-12-15T16:43:28.066-05:00My theory is that if Burke did it, it was because ...My theory is that if Burke did it, it was because JB was the person who opened the corners of the packages in the basement that were meant for Burke's birthday in a few weeks. I know that when my baby cousin "offered to help" me open my birthday presents, I was furious. I think a better motive than pineapple theft was jealousy that baby sibling was trying to horn in on his birthday presents.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-44908705608411264272016-12-14T18:31:12.495-05:002016-12-14T18:31:12.495-05:00And the suitcases raises more disturbing questions...And the suitcases raises more disturbing questions about Patsy, meaning she had to know, logically at least, that John killed JBR. Since John likely moved the suitcase himself that night to the basement, and likely the suitcase was taken from his own room that he shared with Patsy, that would mean that if he were innocent, the intruder somehow went into their room at night, never disturbed them, found a suitcase, and brought it downstairs, never waking anyone. But of course this never happened, as John himself likely brought the suitcase downstairs to move the body out of the house. This fact alone should prove that Patsy had to know that John was the killer after learning about the suitcase which she knew came from their bedroom or closet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-91020972173501320832016-12-14T18:02:33.913-05:002016-12-14T18:02:33.913-05:00I agree with Doc fully and don't see how any r...I agree with Doc fully and don't see how any rational person can examine what we know and come to the conclusion that John is not the killer.

I made my own timeline of events, as I see it- I posted it a few minutes prior on another page but I don't think it got posted so forgive me if this is a double post Doc.

midnight-1am: Patsy and Burke fall asleep. John goes to JBR's room...likely to molest her.

1am: For some reason JBR says something or does something [or tries to run out] that John comes to decide that killing her is the only option to save himself.

1am-2am: John hits her on the head and then makes the Garrote and uses it after realizing she isn't dead, etc.

2am-2:30am: John starts to panic and comes up with the idea of staging a kidnapping. Perhaps this was the first time John tried to molest JBR and he never expected her reaction to it.

2:30am-4:30am: John moves JBR's body to the basement to give him more privacy to write the note and just incase Patsy or Burke wake up. He also brings a suitcase down to the basement, or perhaps one was already there.

4:30am- John's plan is to move JBR's body using the suitcase out of the house and put it in his car to dump later, etc...he leaves the note on the staircase for Patsy to find when she wakes up...except John believes she will wake up later than she actually does.

5am-5:30am: Patsy wakes up before John can move the body out of the house in the suitcase and finds the notes and she comes downstairs.

5:50am- John hears Patsy scream in terror after reading the note or is alerted to her presence somehow as she comes down the stairs early. He knows he is in deep trouble, as he just needed to move the body out of the house before she came downstairs to read the note. But I think she woke up earlier than he thought she would.

5:55am- Patsy calls 911, foiling John's body transport plan as he would expect police to arrive any minute. He is likely still in the basement at this point and Patsy has no idea and cannot even think straight. The rest is history.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-10211584228728573382016-10-30T01:44:49.951-04:002016-10-30T01:44:49.951-04:00911 Operator said the phone wasn't hung up and...911 Operator said the phone wasn't hung up and she heard patsy say "i rang 911, so now what" ?? or something like that in a cold/different tone to the 911 call.....however the "experts" claim what they hear is totally different. Yet, in almost every one of your comments, you continue to spout blatant lies regarding that damn pineapple. You seem to have nothing else to talk about except that pineapple, in fact.
Why are you being so willfully dishonest? Is your theory so tenuous, that you feel you must introduce straw man arguments and lies in order to lend it validity? Why is it we can all manage a mature debate, despite our disagreements, but you always feel the need to resort to ad homs and tantrums? I hope what you say is true, and you have given this blog up, as it clearly upsets you and you have no use for anyone who disagrees with you. You don't appear to enjoy debate, you become unusually argumentative and defensive when those here respond to you in a manner you don't agree with, which is a shame, because it doesn't have to be that way. I have said this many times before: the fact that some here do not agree with your theory is nothing personal. There is nothing erotic about being strangled with a narrow cord -- erotic strangulation is performed using a scarf or tie -- nothing erotic about your hair being torn out of your head as the device is constructed, nothing erotic about the cord being so deeply embedded in your throat that it's only partially visible.DocGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17359004200002936544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-48504049471522844922016-10-28T00:12:04.616-04:002016-10-28T00:12:04.616-04:00Leigh Too: If you go to the top of this page you&#...Leigh Too: If you go to the top of this page you'll see links to the first three posts, where the essence of my theory is summarized.DocGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17359004200002936544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-57863637622927560152016-10-27T23:55:33.848-04:002016-10-27T23:55:33.848-04:00Regarding the bowl of pineapple:
1. According to ...Regarding the bowl of pineapple:

1. According to Paula Woodward, the followup analysis of the food in JonBenet's digestive system found not only remnants of pineapple but also cherries and grapes -- suggesting that she had some fruit salad. While everything Woodward writes has to be taken with a grain of salt, imo, in this case she references an official source. So her claim can't be easily dismissed. And if it can be verified, then the bowl of pineapple would have no bearing on the case at all.

2. As I've said many times, fingerprints don't come with a date stamp. Just because his prints were on that bowl does not mean they got there the night of the murder. That's an assumption, NOT a fact.

3. Burke's prints were also found on the glass containing iced tea. And I'm sorry, but I never in my life heard of a nine year old boy preparing tea for himself in the middle of the night. Or day, for that matter. Much less ICE tea. And if you might want to argue that the tea had already been prepared and he could have poured it from a pitcher in the fridge, take another look at the photos. The tea bag can clearly be seen dangling from the lip of the glass.DocGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17359004200002936544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-41603875286161926872016-10-27T22:54:17.849-04:002016-10-27T22:54:17.849-04:00Good question k1234 - I think it could - it looks ...Good question k1234 - I think it could - it looks like a giant polished tooth thing or a spike.
