The second letter did not include punctuation in certain areas where needed. This tells me it was rushed and without time to think of this. If you look at both % writings, they are exactly the same, indicating that the same person wrote note. Also, giving the proper punctuation, this is a sign of someone in control of their etiquette and perfectionism. Being that the second letter lacked this same format, I'm guessing the person was losing control of their emotions, or again, they were being rushed. As a parent, I can only think of one reason to cover up a murder of your child.......that is if you were risking losing another to a terrible crime. Has anyone thought that maybe, this child was accidentally struck in the head during a moment of complete shock, anger, and rage, that the parent happened to walk in on. Maybe the blow was meant for the person committing the act and they moved too quickly and this little girl was struck. This might be why there was a 45 min to 2 hour delay between the actual blow to head and the strangulation. It seems like someone or someone's were trying to figure out a way to clean this crime up, in order to save another child of theirs. If there was prior sexual abuse as indicated, someone in that home was doing it. It's not uncommon for young people that spend a lot of time on computers and act isolated to be engaging in things that are unhealthy. Did anyone check out the boy's computer history? This has been my theory from day one, but very little has been mentioned of this. Again, the writing style is not something you would expect from a random person writing a ransom letter. The writing clearly shows distress in the writer, but the need to be perfect.JustinCasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09168270141316792700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-51301211581751191872016-01-23T17:10:40.052-05:002016-01-23T17:10:40.052-05:00It looks like he came back later to add the words ...It looks like he came back later to add the words "Victory ! This is due to variation in pressure, and the pen shifting in the writers grip. The only real significant change is (as previously stated) at the 5th line of the last page, where the right hand margin increases in size and the flow becomes more uniform.

This would imply a later addition to the note, some time after it had previously been considered "complete." All I can say in response is that, according to my theory, John would have had another 24 hours to complete and perfect his staging. As far as planting DNA is concerned that would not have helped him, since the person he'd be setting up might well have had an alibi. It's also important to realize that his opportunities for staging would have been limited, given all the activity in his home during the Xmas season. As for the timing, it's likely that his decision would have been made only a day or a few hours prior to the murder, given his concern that JBR might "tell" at any moment.

I'm not committed to the premeditation theory, but it would explain some aspects of the case that seem puzzling.DocGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17359004200002936544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-66844040875161164442015-06-23T15:29:03.331-04:002015-06-23T15:29:03.331-04:00there is no way imho that taking the time to write...there is no way imho that taking the time to write this ransom note is possible couple of hours or days before the killing... there is too much of a last minute préparations on the crime scene to support that theory , JR would have taken much more care about the staging of the crime , i won't suggest he would even have planned that night , the disposal of the body , but much more would have been done before ...the ONLY possible reason behing to pre-write that note , would have been to collect some DNA from a co-worker before , to convince the police that the 118 000$ was not asked by chance in this case....otherwise everything else unlock the door for the intruder theory from now...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6494242281396312957.post-2486996171425871332015-02-26T14:04:56.757-05:002015-02-26T14:04:56.757-05:00I love men.
